After approval, choose receipt delivery (commonly SMS/text, email, or print, depending on setup).

Seamless Debit Sale

From the sale screen, toggle to Debit (commonly by tapping CREDIT until DEBIT shows).
Enter the amount and press OK/Enter.
Customer inserts/taps/swipes on the VP300.
Debit transactions typically prompt for PIN (and may prompt for tip if enabled).
Select receipt delivery method (SMS/email/print varies by configuration).

Faster Refund Processing

Toggle Sale until Refund appears.
Enter refund amount and press OK/Enter.
If prompted, enter the manager password.
Customer presents card on VP300 (tap/insert/swipe; manual entry only if enabled).
Complete any on-screen prompts, then choose receipt delivery method.

Smoother Void Transaction

Toggle Sale until Void is displayed.
Press OK/Enter and enter the manager password when prompted.
Choose Transaction Number or Card Number lookup.
Enter the transaction number (or last 4 digits of the card), then select the transaction shown.
