  • From the terminal home screen/main menu, tap Sale.
  • Enter the sale amount and tap Done/Confirm.
  • When prompted, have the customer tap (NFC), insert (chip), or swipe their card/device.
  • If prompted, the customer enters PIN (or completes any on-screen verification such as signature, if required by the transaction).
  • Wait for Approved (authorization).
  • Print the receipt (and/or follow your app’s receipt options).

  • From the terminal home screen/menu, tap Refund.
  • Enter the refund amount and tap Done (some apps note you don’t need to type a decimal point).
  • If your setup requires it, enter the refund password/passcode (refunds may be permission-controlled).
