Host Merchant Services charges a $10 per month Statement Fee.  Also known as an Account On File Fee, this is charged to cover the costs associated with mailing out a paper statement to our customers each month. All processors charge a monthly statement fee, and few offer it at such a low monthly rate. Some processors charge upwards of $20 per month to send out a paper statement.
