- From the home screen, open Other Sales Features and select Refund.
- Enter the password, which by default is the last four digits of the TPN.
- Enter the return amount and tap OK. The customer taps for contactless or inserts the chip card to complete the return.
Correct Transactions the Same Day
- Open Other Sales Features and select Void.
- Enter the transaction number or the last four digits of the card, select the correct transaction, confirm the selection, and tap Yes.
- Enter the password if prompted, then complete any receipt steps shown.
- The void completes without requiring the card to be present.
Close Out the Day with a Single Action
- Open Favorites and select Show/Settle Daily Batch.
- Enter the password if prompted.
- Review the batch summary, swiping for detailed information if available, then tap Settle.
- If untipped transactions are detected, follow the on-screen prompt to proceed and complete the settlement.
